Our interim managers are selected from an established pool of professionals. Each of them has many years experience in dealing with a range of service areas and you get the added reassurance that they have previously worked for EOS or with one of our partners.
Many of our interim managers come to us by personal recommendation or through a business connection. In this way we have prior knowledge of their working history and potential, enabling us to verify and be confident in their abilities. Before acceptance, all of our associates undergo a stringent selection process before placing them with our clients, so that they can ‘hit the ground running'.

How long can an assignment last for?
An immediate impact can be made without the usual honeymoon / induction period. A gap can be filled in from 2 weeks to several months. The assignment is normally 5 days per week but can also be part time depending on the nature of the work and needs of the company. For some types of contracts the assignment can be for a much longer period. We have filled roles both in the UK and abroad.
How is this charged?
At EOS Consulting we normally fix a daily rate for the duration of the contract, which usually includes all expenses. An interim manager will not go onto your payroll, thereby saving costs such as national insurance, holidays, sickness, training, administration, company cars, pensions and other benefits. There are no costs at the end of the assignment.
